Cases of overweight and obesity in the world increased continuously. In 2016, by 3% men 6% women compared to 1975. Overweight cases also 20% 23% have been linked an increase adipose tissue body. Increased associated with inflammation, which one its characteristics is levels C - Reactive Protein (CRP). This article aim describe mechanism physical exercise diminish CRP level obesity. Adipose produces releases various pro-inflammatory anti-inflammatory factors such as leptin, adiponectin, resistin, TNF-α, IL-6, MCP-1 CRP. One prevention treatment inflammatory for do exercise. obesity, aims energy expenditure. Physical decreases volume amount pre-adipose well number endothelial cells macrophages that contain pro-inflammation IL-1, CRP, serum amyloid protein (SAA), cytokines. rises properties IL-10, IL-1ra play a role inhibiting transduction IL-1β signals TNF-α synthesis. amplifies antioxidant enzymes SOD GPX. The antioxidants fighting free radicals reduce inflammation.
